Bookings Policy

•  Deposit- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on booking to secure your appointment.
• If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact me asap to reschedule.

              - More than 24 hours notice:  your deposit will be transferred over to your new

                appointment date/time

              - Within 24 hours:  you will be charged the full fee for the appointment. However, 

                if I’m able to fill the time slot, then your deposit will be transferred to your

                next appointment.

• Running late? I understand that there may be circumstances which means you are running late. Please let me know if this is the case. 

              - Up to 15 minutes late, I may be able to adjust your treatment, however I’m not 

                able to extend your appointment due to a busy schedule. If it is not possible to

                provide a full service, then you will be charged the full price.

• If you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full price.

Gift cards

• Gift cards are purchased by product and cover 100% of the cost

               - If a Reiki or Reflexology gift card is used for a Combo appointment, then 

                 the balance will need to be paid at the appointment

• Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• To redeem, simply book your session and enter the Gift card code
• The terms above apply to gift cards, eg if you cancel within 24 hours (unless I’m able to fill the time slot) , do not attend your appointment or arrive late, your gift voucher will be classed as spent.
