Gentle Intentions Community Studio is a heart‑centred, inclusive space designed for people seeking calm, connection, and meaningful creative or spiritual practice. 

Rooted in nature and guided by intention, I offer a soft landing place - somewhere to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner truth.

My approach blends Reiki, Reflexology, spiritual art, and community-based wellbeing practices. Every session is held with care, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique journey. I believe that healing and creativity flourish when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
